As you all know i was very excited to get home last night and play with my new MacBook. Naturally I rush home after work and park on the street since we only have 3 parking spots in our driveway and 4 cars total in the house. No big deal I've been parking on the street for over a year now and nothing has happened. Although I would like to point out that out of the 4 cars owned by the people in my house mine is the newest, the nicest, and the most expensive. Which personally I believe should give me a free pass to always park in the driveway, but I digress. I head in the house take the dog, change into comfy clothes, and as I am about to open the box...*knock, knock*

My roommate answers the door and this what I hear, "Amy someone just hit your car"

WHEW, I freaked because a few months ago a friend of mine had his BMW parked out there and someone hit it and totaled it.

This young kid hit my car, turned around, drove back up the hill, knocked on the door, came in my house, and gave me all his information. This is when my faith in mankind was renewed. I can’t believe how lucky I am, and what a good person this young man is. So I will be getting a brand new driver side mirror courtesy of his insurance company.

Now onto the best part of the evening….I FINALLY get to plug in my new computer. It’s amazing. I’m in love with it! It even has a built in webcam!! I’m completely overwhelmed with this thing. I didn’t even know how to close applications at first, but I have all weekend to figure it out.
